Sharjah requires commercial lease documents of an office to fulfill the procedures with regards to the set up of a company in Sharjah. The commercial office can be up to first floor of the building and rest is depending on the approvals from concerned authority.

Warehouse can also used to set up the business but a warehouse cannot help the investors to set up their general trading license. A general trading company requires minimum one bed room apartment to fulfill the formalities of a business set up in sharjah.
2% of the commercial rent of the office has to be paid to Sharjah Municipality to get attested the documents followed by the inspection and approval.
Electricity Refundable deposit
The electricity bills or refundable amounts required to keep as a refundable based on requirements of offices. The amount to be paid will be at the sole discretion of the department.
